Feedback: World Equip pt2 (Steve & Debs)
Steve and I wanted to give you guys some news about our time on South Africa. Firstly, let me say that we are missing you all!
Last week Tuesday through Friday we met with 450 other translocal team members to hear from Tyrone Daniel and each other. We saw many faces from before we left SA, and met new people as well from ALL over the world.
We heard testimonies from men and woman who had seen the power of God move in incredible ways from provision to get to the World Equip, to praying and seeing the dead raised! There were over 30 nations represented in the translocal team alone.
Tyrone has been asked many times how many churches he or we know of that partner with the NCMI team and none of us could answer. He mentioned too which was a wonderful reminder, that because of who we are and the way we build, churches that meet under a tree in the DRC to churches that meet in the cathedrals of Germany, are all able to see IMPACT in the Kingdom and see Jesus Glorified as we make much of Him!
This Tuesday night we launched the World Equip!! IMPACT. INFLUENCE. INCREASE. — the theme of the week ahead. Over 4000 people with their hands lifted in worship and over 40 nations were represented! Martin Smith kicked off our time in celebration as we danced on Injustice!
So far the sessions have been filled by a diversity of speakers but all making sure that Jesus is lifted high.
We are excited for the next two days, eager to hear God’s heart for us personally, as CITC and as churches all over the world. I did feel God challenge me and ask me…”Do you have faith for only North America, or do you believe that you have an inheritance in the nations? I am trusting for the an inheritance into the nations!!! Please be praying that God would continue to speak and that we will all (Erin, Dave, Hue, Vanessa, Pheak, Michelle, Victoria, Philip, Mat, Sheetal and James) come back enlarged and envisioned for all God has for us at CITC.
Next week we have a little time to see some animals and be with my Dad before the EPIC journey home!!!! Please pray that travel will be smooth and “easy”. Love you all!
